CatalystView is not your financial advisor.

Nothing on this site is investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. CatalystView is an information tool that surfaces public SEC filings and pairs them with AI-generated commentary. You are 100% responsible for your own decisions and for any gains or losses they produce.

1 · Not advice

What you are looking at

CatalystView aggregates Form 4 insider-transaction filings published by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system, and STOCK Act disclosures from the House Clerk and Senate eFD. These are a matter of public record. Around significant filings we display narrative commentary produced by large language models — currently DeepSeek V3.1 for most signals and Anthropic Claude for the highest-conviction ones, accessed via the OpenRouter API. The specific model can change as we tune cost and quality. This commentary is generated automatically and is not reviewed by a humanbefore publication.

The operator of CatalystView is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, the Lietuvos bankas, ESMA, or any other financial regulator, and is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or research analyst. The Service is offered only as general informational and educational content, identical for every user; it is never tailored to your personal situation, objectives, risk tolerance, holdings, or jurisdiction.

2 · AI can be wrong

Limits of AI commentary

Large language models are statistical pattern-matchers, not analysts. The commentary on a signal can contain factual errors (“hallucinations”), stale context, misread numbers, or misattributions. We do not guarantee that an AI summary accurately reflects the underlying filing. Always open the original Form 4 on EDGAR and verify the figures, the insider's role, the ownership type, the transaction code, and any footnotes before drawing a conclusion. If the AI summary and the filing disagree, the filing governs.

3 · Past results

Past performance does not guarantee future results

Some pages show “hit rates”, win/loss ratios, average returns, or other historical statistics. These describe the past only. They are subject to look-ahead bias, survivorship bias, and data-quality issues, and markets change. They do notrepresent a portfolio you could actually trade and are not a reliable predictor of any insider, ticker, sector, or strategy.

In particular, any track-record figures on our Performance page are an early, small sample measured over a single recent market period, are computed on a short (30-day) horizon, and may change materially as more data accumulates. Treat them as research, not a promise. Trading on insider signals can produce significant losses.

4 · Risks of trading

Investing involves risk

  • You can lose part or all of the capital you invest.
  • Equity prices can move against you violently and without warning.
  • Insider trades are reported with a lag (Form 4 is generally due within two business days), so the market may have already priced in the information by the time you see it.
  • Insiders can be wrong about their own companies, and can trade for non-informational reasons (10b5-1 plans, diversification, taxes).
  • Liquidity, slippage, taxes, and fees all reduce real-world returns versus any theoretical pattern.

Before making any investment decision, consult a qualified, licensed adviser authorised in your jurisdiction who has reviewed your full financial situation, and consider a tax adviser about the local treatment of any gains or losses.

5 · Public data

SEC EDGAR is a public record

The underlying filings shown on CatalystView — Form 4 insider-transaction reports, Form 3 initial-ownership reports, and related documents — are public records of the U.S. Government and are freely redistributable. CatalystView's contribution is the curation, ranking, presentation, and AI commentary layered on top of that public data.

6 · No conflict of interest

Positions and compensation

The operator does not hold securities positions in covered companies in a way intended to influence the content shown, and does not accept payment from issuers, brokerages, or any third party to highlight, promote, or rank a ticker or insider. If this ever changes — for example, sponsored content or affiliate links — it will be clearly disclosed on this page and inline next to the relevant content.

7 · Forward-looking

Forecasts are speculative

Any commentary about what a stock “could”, “might”, or “is likely to” do is a forward-looking statement. Forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain, depend on assumptions that may not hold, and actual results may differ materially.

8 · Jurisdiction

Where CatalystView is offered

CatalystView is operated from Lithuania and intended primarily for users in the United States and, for general information, globally. It is not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where publishing or using this content would be contrary to local law or would subject the operator to a registration requirement. You access the Service on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local rules.

9 · No liability

Use at your own risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatalystView, its operator, contractors, and licensors disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decision to buy, sell, or hold a security based wholly or partly on information or AI commentary obtained here. Trade only with money you can afford to lose. See the Terms of Service for the full limitation-of-liability clause.

  • You understand CatalystView is not your financial, tax, or legal adviser.
  • You will independently verify any signal against the original SEC filing before acting.
